Nope! The connection requires zero maintenance from your side. Just keep in mind that Lodgify can’t import existing reservations, or closed periods, so you will have to manually create them in Lodgify to avoid double bookings. Any future bookings will be automatically synchronized.
How frequently does Lodgify update my rates and availability Vrbo?
Rates and availability are synced every hour. Content-wise (images and descriptions), Vrbo requests an update from Lodgify once per day.
What are the requirements to connect Vrbo to Lodgify?
In order to connect with Vrbo, you will need to meet the following requirements:

- Have at least one active rental when both your rental and account are based in North America or Asia-Pacific and are associated with your website.
- You need to have a credit card gateway active in Lodgify since all reservations will be charged directly in Lodgify. You can use Stripe, Braintree,, or Payyo.
- You need to use the currencies of the master brand of Vrbo (AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, JPY, NZD, or USD) and have the same currency in Lodgify.
